Support, billing, and secure communication

Use the guidance below to reach Polaris about active services, invoices, payments, or information that requires careful handling.

Service and support requests

Email the request with your company name, a brief description, who is affected, and the best callback number. For time-sensitive operational issues, call during office hours.

Billing and payments

Use the secure Stripe payment link supplied by Polaris for an assessment or invoice. For a receipt, invoice question, or a replacement payment link, contact Polaris and include the invoice number when available.

Ask a Billing Question

Do not send card numbers or CVV by email or through a website form.

Sensitive documents and access details

Do not place passwords, API keys, private keys, recovery codes, payment-card data, protected health information, Federal Tax Information, or sensitive security evidence in the public consultation form or ordinary email. Contact Polaris first to agree on an appropriate secure exchange method for the engagement.

Availability and expectations

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time. Meetings are available by appointment. Response and escalation commitments are governed by your active service agreement; this page does not create an emergency-response SLA.
