Payment Data
Card payments are handled by Stripe-hosted Checkout. Polaris does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or magnetic stripe data on this website.
Insights Subscriptions and Attribution
Newsletter signup stores the submitted email address, optional first name, signup source, subscription status, and relevant timestamps. Contact submissions may also retain the source page, campaign, standard UTM values, and referring page so Polaris can understand why an inquiry was made. Subscription data is not sent to an outbound newsletter provider until Polaris implements and documents that future workflow.
Safeguards
Website data is protected through HTTPS, access control, audit logging, least-privilege administrative practices, and retained only as long as needed for business, security, legal, or compliance purposes.
