These policies summarize standard customer-facing expectations for consultations, assessments, support availability, and service delivery. Specific written agreements or statements of work may include additional or different terms.

Refund Policy

Polaris Technology Solutions provides professional technology, cybersecurity, and advisory services. Fees paid for completed services are generally non-refundable. If a paid assessment or consultation has not yet begun, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may exclude payment processing fees or other non-recoverable costs.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule consultations, assessments, or project meetings by contacting Polaris Technology Solutions in advance. Missed appointments or cancellations with limited notice may require rescheduling based on availability. For larger engagements, cancellation terms may be governed by the applicable statement of work or service agreement.

Support Hours

Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mountain Time, excluding major holidays. After-hours support is available only by prior arrangement or under an active client support agreement.

Assessment Delivery

Assessment services may require client participation, accurate information, and access to relevant systems or documentation. Delivery timelines depend on scope, responsiveness, and technical access. Polaris Technology Solutions will communicate expected timelines during the engagement process.

Existing Client Support

Existing clients should use their designated support channel or agreed contact method whenever possible. General website inquiries may not be monitored as an emergency support channel.

Emergency Support Limitation

Polaris Technology Solutions does not guarantee emergency response unless a specific written agreement is in place. New inquiries submitted through the website, email, or phone system are reviewed during standard business hours unless otherwise arranged.
